Every time AK touches the ball it makes me hate Botch Jonze even more..🤬

I honestly hate this reaction. In no way am I saying butch handled the situation perfectly but Alvin the day he stepped on campus got plenty of touches. Do u honestly think after the promise Hurd showed as a freshman he he shoulda been benched. I think butch tried incorporating both into the offense because they both were very talented. He just didn’t do the best job in accomplishing that but I never felt like kamara was a backup guy when he was at Tennessee it also felt like two starters in my mind. They were just used differently

Yes. Wentz was MVP caliber last year and had 21/7 in 11 games this year.

Foles has 2 seasons with more than 7 TD passes in his 7 career seasons.

Not to mention Foles turns 30 next week and you have 2 more years of Wentz on his rookie deal.
Hard to tell whether Wentz will ever stay healthy for a full season though. There’s nothing worse than paying good money to a great player to sit in the cold tub.

That’s the thing. It depends what kind of contract they are gonna draw. The cowboys are gonna have to make that decision with dak coming up. And considering the contracts that Derek Carr and cousins got, they will both be upwards of probably 25+ a year.

People wanting Phil fired if he doesn't fire Holly-- the best AD we've had in a long time.

A few people are venting, but there's not going to be a major backlash on Fulmer. Honestly, fans have a right to be pissed. There's a problem, it has been building and UT has been ignoring it. It's not going to be ignorable much longer.

I tend to agree, just a matter of time. We’ll get a stud coach too

If you were the eagles GM would you trade Wentz or let Foles go in free agency?

Side note, both Brees and Foles went to the same high school here in Austin.
It's a question that becomes a lot tougher if Foles somehow leads them to another SB victory.

I didn’t say that age was the reason, although in football, 3 years is significant.

Wentz will be under the control of Philly as long as they want him to be. I think that he has shown that he is a good enough QB that they would have sustained success with him for a decade+.
True but you get nothing if you let Foles go. And anytime Wentz has a bad game people will bring up Foles. Gonna put a lot of pressure on him. I'm not sure what I would do. It's an interesting situation.

We've ignored problems in the past hoping they'd resolve themselves and the they progressively got worse ten fold. Hoping things are different this time and things get fixed before there is nothing but rubble left. Do you think they'll spend over $1mil for a women's basketball coach?

I hope most folks realize Phil INHERITED a major issue here with the hand picked protege of a deceased, much beloved, legend. This has to be handled with kid gloves.

I hope they find her a nice AD position to help her save face but put the right person in charge of the program.

It's undeniable that the WBB program is going down the same path as football-- down to the bottom of the conference, due to doubling down on bad hires. Fulmer has great respect for Pat and her legacy and Kara Lawson is on the board... so yes, I think we'll pay the market rate if a coach is worth the investment. I'd be surprised if we go all out and lead the industry like the OC hire, though.
