Drew Richmond and Eli Wolf enter transfer portal

Until he’s on a NFL roster and your still a sorry excuse for a fan talking crap about him

Work ethic, effort, and intensity don’t just show up over night. You can’t coach it or make someone want it. I’ve got nothing against the man and do wish him well but I doubt very seriously he makes a roster that isn’t practice squad

Best of luck to both young men. I feel bad for Richmond. I suspect that if he had been coached properly and engaged in a real S&C program, he would have been a solid SEC OT. As it is, he came in to Lyle's House of Easy Livin' and was ruined. I hope he can turn it around his SR year!

The way people are talking, he was one of our top offensive players. Now the excuse is it was his first year? Smh....

I haven't seen where anybody said that , but whatever it's really not a big deal we will see what Chaney does with him.

We must not have been watching the same player.
I think he showed signs of possibly being a very good TE, but I did not see that very often. I would have to consider him a bust, at this point. He was a 5* number 1 Juco TE and he did not live up to that billing. Jmo

Richmond would have made a good guard this season. Eli would still be a backup TE.

Look for Richmond to head to Memphis, UAB or Arky State. Look for Eli to go to Toledo, Bowling Green or Ohio. (that's my predictions).

I'm sure there are worse Olinemen than Richmond. I wish the kid the best wherever he goes but I have a feeling opposing sec Dlinemen are a little sad to see him gone.

Wouldn't have pegged Eli as a transfer candidate. Certainly since CJP talked him up last spring. Now Richmond doesn't surprise me at all with the amount of blocks he gave up on the last two years

Am I mis remembering didn't Eli represent us at the SEC pre season meeting?
