Not upset, working on trying to get my life insurance upped for my family, so this board is a side distraction a.t.m. No triggering just no concentration on tact or diplomacy.

Cutting off a conversation with “k” multiple times, returning to edit a post that just said “k” with a verbal jab, then sarcastically apologizing for being triggered seems to suggest otherwise, but whatever.

My post "nothing to suggest his class here" was in reference to the most extreme takes on Mullen's recruiting.
"Sad" was the absolute worst ever said about his recruiting and there's not even evidence to unequivocally PROVE that wrong given UF wins and talent.
Therefore, any attempt to "lol" people that simply thought it wouldn't be "good enough", is completely unjustified.

So you are starting from the premise that his recruiting would be bad and that evidence is needed to refute that?

If so, that is a poor argument IMO. Not really any different from the one you were rebutting. When you make an assertion like that, the burden of evidence falls on you. But in this case there isn’t really evidence to make an assertion like that either way.


You can say “I think his recruiting here would have been poor because X” or “I think it would have been fine because Y.” However, saying “there is no proof that his recruiting wouldn’t have been poor” is a little disingenuous, IMO, because it puts the burden of proof on someone to prove something that is inherently unprovable.

Wow those are pretty. I love that you deal with the Amazonian crocs. Those Caimans are beautiful. My old Herpetology professor does a lot of work down in the Amazon. Tricky stuff since they have a few Elapids down there that mimic harmless species up here in the States. And of course the mean Bushmaster (one of my favorites, Dean Ripa is a good guy to talk to about them) and the other vipers just laying around in odd places. And the Sulcatas are just straight gorgeous. One of the forgotten reptiles that people need to pay more attention to. I love the sea tortoises myself.

If I had the money, I would definitely keep a King snake but time is an issue as well. It takes a lot of effort and discipline. I wish you well on acquiring a breeding couple. I would definitely be interested in keeping up with that if you want to keep me updated.

Pruitt’s first two choices (freeze and yurcich) would’ve been booms.

Lebby has boom potential. Chaney is a trot especially for our current personnel. Bringing in Tee as RB or WR coach would be double boom.

Would love for us to get someone off UGA's staff for OC. Not for their supposed expertise, just to poach off of our biggest rival. It would be the Fulmer way, because I think he learned a big lesson when our best recruiter went to UGA many years ago, and likely was part of the beginning of his downfall as HC.

I think Chaney is average at best and no one will convince me other wise. I watched his offenses here for 4 years and there is a reason he has been a drifter and Georgia has stripped responsibilities from him and are slow playing him with a contract. I know I’m in the minority for that but that’s how i feel.

My personal preference is attempting some kind of "exciting" offense and agree on Lebby, Freeze, or Yurcich.
But will move Chaney to mini boom status for proven aspect and Pruitt coming out relatively smelling like a rose after this long.

Tee falls under any huge recruiter added as a PC. I'd boom anyone for that.

Too low. Coley way more experienced as a play caller than Helton and way better recruiter. If this resembled serious, $1.2 mil per is the beginning number. Now he got a raise last year so an actual buyout (as opposed to Chaney) affects that number. We pay his buyout and then give him a raise if he delivers. Still don’t see this as serious speculation.
