The thing I like most about the Gruden threads .... they were all about one person. "Night shift" aside, they pretty much stayed on course discussing Gruden. Now? All these OC threads that have a name in them get highjacked and turn into arguments about nothing to do with the candidate. Don't we have a place around here for y'all to go argue besides threads about the OC search in the Tennessee Vols Football Forum?

Is it just me?

No your point was to b!+ch and moan about "sideline antics" that millennials wouldnt respond to and coaches would run from. It had nothing to do with stripes or clout as a coach. Of course you failed to mention that the assault on the whiteboard took place before he beat 2 ranked teams. But I'm sure that you were planning to balance out your agenda later.
That shouldnt change the "antics" or whether their justified. Unless you re standing on a hypocritical point which you have found.

All right big man, there is a saying around these parts, put up or shut up. This will shut you up once and for all. If that's possible. $100 says pruitt doesn't beat Alabama Florida or Georgia in his tenure at Tennessee. $200 says he never wins a SEC championship and $300 says he never wins a national championship. It's all a matter of public record here, I'll pm you my pay pal account. What do you say little dog, you gonna bark all day or you going to bite?

Who gives a crap what everyone else is doing, so you blame the coaches for everything? No blame on the players who had it made with Butch and when they wanted something they would piss and moan and sit out of practice til they got their way. Well it ain't happening with Pruitt like it or not. You obviously don't like Pruitt because you probably only look at the final score of games and probably don't know the difference between a sack and a tackle or how a team got 2 points, he didn't work a miracle this year so your ready to move on. Buddy the way you have cried and complained shows everyone how you are, if anyone is the donkey it's you as for me I'm an elephant

You sure have the odds in your favor on this one. We have won 2 Nation Championships in the last 67 years with 14 different head coaches. The odds are not very good that he will win one.

Look man, it's obvious you're not a boss and have to work with young people. Hopefully one day you will elevate yourself to the point where you are leader of people. I can tell you right now, that sh1t don't work. All of that yelling, arm waving and stupidity works in reverse and people actually lay down instead of working harder. One day I hope you lead young man, then you will look back and say well dam now I get it.

You call it whining, I call it getting the most out of people. There's a book called the manager's role as a coach, you should probably look into it in case you're ever in charge one day.

If you don't get it, there's no explaining that to you. People don't respond to that garbage, if that was the case every coach under Bill Belichick and Nick saban would be competing at a higher level. But every one of them who have taken the same mentality have failed see Matt Patricia as an example.

And if it's so dumb, why do other people have the same opinion? I guess it's dumb because you don't understand it or see it. Just because you don't see or understand something doesn't mean it's stupid It just means you do not understand. People are often confused and scared of things they don't understand, here is a case in point with your comment.
