My mom is getting worse by the day. Dad's hanging in there. Spent the day with him today. He's remodelling a bathroom (himself) and I helped him pick out a cabinet, cabinet top, some flooring and some paint. Mom was at her day care today.

I think Friends reason for not wanting the OC job is exactly what happened to Helton, fail and Pruitt has to let you go, I could be wrong but I don’t see anyone on the current staff becoming the OC.

Yeah, sure. My point being, THAT guy asking. Someone who paints himself as some sort of insider, posting depth charts and offering recruiting news, asking for someone else's source; knowing full well, if you were to ask him his sources, you'd get the full-on run around.

Wonder how many posters were on Gridscape back in the late 90's . Concept was very similar in that there was a bb board, general board and a recruiting board. Chuck (Grid) ran a good site and it was policed rather well. Eventually he sold it and it became Inside Tennessee, then Scout purchased it and is now defunct.

Sorry to hear that about your mom Invol, I know you just giving me a hard time and I see I mixed up the games that our recruits are playing in. I am having to help mom with all her stuff like banking, budget, just life stuff. It is really stressful right now cause she is stressed about dad.

Thanks for the update, continuing prayers. Went through all of this with my mother-in-law. Tough times.You are a good son. God bless !

I think if that is a potential OC train of thought you don't want them to be your OC.

Tyson failed and then was rewarded by becoming a HC? He did take a pay cut, but now he is the boss. Seems to have worked out ok for him.

Prayers for you and Invol as I have walked in these shoes. You both are good sons and appreciate the time you have left with them. Still miss my parents even though they have been gone for over 25 years.

Sorry to hear . Orange studs too. Lost mom August 1st to cancer. And a best friend feb 1st . Rough rough year here on my end. Protracted illness, hospitals doctors six days a week. I’m outgoing and know what it’s like to be an introvert now. Was praying for 2018 to end and I got my wish. I need to get up off the mat now. Good luck to all of u who are suffering.... charger ... all of u. Go Vols
