I already missed badly on the timing, what seems like a year or two ago, but I will guess that Sark will be announced in the next 2 or 3 days, and I am fine with that.

I think you don't normally get someone with his experience if they don't have some issue from the past. As long as he has his drinking under control, I don't see any reason why it is not a great hire. Twice a head coach at a major program (Washington and USC), an OC in the NFL (Atlanta), coached one year in the Saban system. He should be well-known around the country.
