Id rather go with Osovet over Sark... last chance to come at me this year.
Honestly think Osovet would do a good job, but would go with Sark for experience in this setting. I think in time Pruitt is going to bring the athletes that is required for any OC to get the job done (I'm not saying anyone can be a good OC, but even the best offensive minds need good players).

I like what Osovet brings to the table but I've said it since the beginning of this search, Pruitt doesn't have the luxury to experiment on an OC. He needs an experienced cagey veteran that he can turn the offense over to and never look back. Dont think he'll be able to do that with Osovet, yet.
Yurcich had a similar resume before okie st just sayin.

This is OC search is going to end badly

I don't think it will. Recent history isnt on my side, but seeing our OL haul (hopefully including Wright), Eric Gray, Keyton, QB's(Maurer and Bailey), 2 good TEs shows me we have material to work with. Another good cycle in 2020 we are right back in the mix.

Won’t really know until Sept 2019. Shoop was the DC everyone wanted, but that didn’t pan out for us. It’s obvious that it was a fail because of fit rather than ability. The better fit may not be the flashiest name, but could yield better results.

We can hope, but it’s not looking good so far.

This is why I'm not sweating it. We won't know how good the hire is until games are played.

Guys common sense will tell you that never in the history of hiring anyone on staff has someone waited this long that I know of. I could be wrong but it seems to me that Pruitt probably put his feelers out and got turned down or rejected right off the bat by multiple people and now he slow-walking this thing and they're very tight on information and they're not letting anything out. Unless Pruitt's asked the New England Patriots to interview Josh McDaniel. In that case I take this all back.
