All school cheat for sure and you are right Alabama takes it to a new level. Businesses and banks exist to fund the extra football expenses. Its insane, what other coach could sign a guy will felony domestic violence warrants and then have the never to chastise people that question it?Grow up. All SEC teams cheat and buy players, Bama has taken it to another level. Bama is about winning period.

It's odd how heavily they recruit out of state students (not just athletes but everyone) for the extra tuition
Unfortunately UT does this also. All school cheat for sure and you are right Alabama takes it to a new level. Businesses and banks exist to fund the extra football expenses. I hope you are joking.
Nope. Pre 1998 Fulmer rocked, and those years are why I will always consider him a VFL. Post 1998 he acted like an entitled icon. I still remember the disdain he would show for fan concern. He was finally making good money the last few years (1.5 a year which was big in the pre Saban era) and I developed a strong sense that he was going to sit at that teat as long as he could. He would have NEVER voluntarily stepped aside from that cash stream. I hated the way he was fired but I don’t see any other way that could have gone.
And let’s not overlook the fact that he did not bounce to a new program. Consider that. He was done.
He built the program up, no doubt, and deserves huge props. But towards the end, he was collecting a paycheck, clapping his hands, grimacing a lot, and little else.
Just curious, why do you hate him so much? I've seen a lot of negative post's over time about him from you, just being nosey.
Thanks, I was just wondering. In summary because he took the long route in destroying the program, and all the while making idiotic excuses to hang onto his job as long as possible while doing nothing to fix what he had clearly abandoned,
but he "loves UT" so its OK.
