I use a 2-2-1 method when I smoke ribs. Meaning do 2 hrs without foil and telegenic two hrs inside of foil and then the last hr out of foil. The meat will be falling off of the bones.

No, I thought we had to get a really good coach that could recruit really well quickly. Even with a coach like that it was going to be harder to climb out of the hole we are in considering we were at the very bottom. And considering the discontent of boosters with the administration not willing to get a coach like that, they were going to stop giving their support. Former players like Hayesworth saying publicly the DL did not even know how to line up then after the whole coaching search fiasco saying he may have to become a Clemson fan because he could at least still wear orange.....we just seemed to be way more desperate.

I think this is probably true - with the caveat that the Ohio State opening could change things.

But he can't back out if he already accepted right?. Oh wait. Haha wouldn't it be a little ironic if he told us schiaNO and went to OSU. Also he'd be leaving OSU for OSU. Weird.

If his ultimate goal is to be a HC in the Midwest, I would think being the "glorified" Ohio State OC would go farther to attain it than the OC at Tennessee for the next two years. Because the Ohio State offense is going to put up a lot of points regardless - I'm not sure that's the case here in the immediate future.

I do 3-2-1. Meat not falling off bone (which I don’t like), but is nice & tender with a good smoke.

I think people believe Helton didn’t have full control and that might have been so, but I would error on the side that, that was because he was extremely inexperienced as an OC.

You don’t have to worry about that with Yurcich he is proven and you can kinda let the reigns go.

Except this isn't coming from TN side yet. Just ok st side and they didn't have guts to put it as a headline just snuck it in the bottom of an article. If you were pretty positive he was officially offered wouldnt that be your headline?
