Yeah, if I remember correctly, their list Was Kelly and Frost. Our list was Mullen and Schiano. They got turned down by the first two and called Mullen. We, in turn, went to Schiano.

Pruitt has a track record of successfully recruiting. Players love him. He recruited a lot of Ga's talent and also Bama's talent. He is recruiting great talent to TN. Mehlen would not do that. Mehlen is in loaded talent state Florida and is behind us and the only reason he's even close is because he got 3 guys from the same school a few miles down the road from UF. He wouldn't get that here.

If Mehlen is the head coach Wanya is at AU, Crouch is at Clemson, and Wright isn't even taking our calls. Lets not kid ourselves here by comparing Pruitt and Mehlen in recruiting. Jury is out on Pruitt as a head coach for sure. But he is an elite recruiter. Mehlen is not.

There is literally no way to say which players would come here and wouldn’t. That’s just all hogwash.

Dude, I teach at MSU, I knew people on his S&C staff that went with him to Florida, and know multiple people that are friends with a bunch of coaches on his staff.
