Chocolate gravy, strawberries, peaches... do you guys not realize you are trampling on a legendary Chef's thread.

I’m sure yours is delicious. I sauté onion in butter, add chicken stock, potatoes. When tender, temper a little sour cream and add, with heavy cream. Cheese and bacon last five minutes. Seasoning is just salt, pepper and a touch of parsley.

Are you a chef/cook now? Seems I've seen you post that you cook for a lot?

I try to limit dairy and wheat. I use almond milk instead of regular milk, and added coconut milk to my chicken chili. Only add a sprinkling of cheese to garnish.

All that said, I’m about to pull out a delicious pan of cornbread. I’m a Southern country boy. I have weaknesses
 
I say we organize a revolt and petition Freak to have Behr’s name and avi removed from this thread. How dare he start this and leave without so much as a goodbye, I’m too busy, etc. The thread belongs to the people now, who’s with me......
