Are you a chef/cook now? Seems I've seen you post that you cook for a lot?I’m sure yours is delicious. I sauté onion in butter, add chicken stock, potatoes. When tender, temper a little sour cream and add, with heavy cream. Cheese and bacon last five minutes. Seasoning is just salt, pepper and a touch of parsley.
