'19 TN ILB Christopher Russell (Texas A&M signee)

This is not accurate. There are plenty of those types of hits on his Hudl. Their films are not that much different, but I will agree the competition is not close.
Go watch the first 6 plays on To’s Hudl. There is nothing close to that on Russell’s Hudl.

You’re clearly seeing what you want to see.

He stood out where it counted and his attributes show it. Say what you want, but if Pruitt something in him, I'll trust his judgement over yours any day.
I already stated the Coaches must have seen something in person.

If they take him? I’m fine with it.

Let me stress this.
Dyersburg or no Dyersburg, he will be the 2nd or 3rd fastest linebacker in our class. To the ones that speak negatively about him, you’ll be surprised on how really good this kid is. If you haven’t seen him in person playing football, then you’ll change your mind quickly. When he signs with us, get ready for a storm, because that is what he will bring to the table. Evaluation isn’t on film, it is mostly live watching them play or in camp. We haven’t really had linebackers this fast in a long time, that can cover from side to side like he can. I’ve seen him sack a quarterback during a rush like he was standing still. He was the mvp of the all star game that had pretty stout competition on both sides. I bet he is a lot faster than most running backs in the sec, and can take them down with ease, and he isn’t scared to hit one of them. If you take both running backs at Georgia, he will hit them and bring them down, and not be scared to go one one with both of them.

There is things that I’ve seen him do that isn’t on video. For one, I’ve seen him with his great speed, disrupt so many handoffs in the backfield more than several times. By the time a lineman, nor anyone is going to block him, he is already passed them and into the backfield making tackles for loss, or recovering fumbles back there. He can cover in the flat really well. He can really tackle in space already. Don’t worry about the hesitation, because he makes up for right then with closing speed. That is what makes him so different of a player that people don’t realize. You will see.
