Have you tried cauliflower crusts? These are dang good: Cauliflower pizza crusts

Whip up your own sauce or use one without added sugar. Go with hard cheeses if you can eat those.

Are the diet restrictions voluntary or mandatory?
Mandatory.
I'm becoming very inventive, there are a lot of substitute ingredients that if done right, make truly great meals.

Hunger is the worst part. No matter how well I eat, I'm in tremendous pain for hours afterwards. But if I consume something on the do not eat list, it lasts for days.

Can't eat breakfast or lunch because can't go through the pain and work. Can only have a couple of bites at a time at home. So it takes hours to eat half a meal. Good news is that I'm like zero percent body fat lol. But will never have those ribs again. 😥

I honestly don't know the whole details about that. I know one of the girls (8 years old) was killed almost immediately, she took her last breath in her fathers arms. The other girl (9) was not hurt badly, the father was treated and released, and the mother is in ICU fighting for her life, last news was it didn't look good. My mother and more of my family have gone to the hospital. The family was in their giant dooly pickup, the drunk t-boned them with such force that axels were broken.
Goodness gracious. Yeah that kind of collision probably didn't leave the drunk driver in a position to flee. He or she is detained. I'm sorry for the loss and current situation. I pray for their recovery but I also pray for you as you and your family will be one of the support beams for this greiving family.

There is a special place in hell for drunk drivers. Please say a prayer for my friends, whose lives are now completely devastated thanks to a pathetic piece of filth that thought it would be fun to get on the road after having a few. A beautiful 8 year olds life ended by a scumbag...oh God help me I am so furious and hurt...😢🤬😭😥🤬😡
I'm so sorry! I lost 2 cousins to drunk drivers. Prayers!!!

Nice collections. Those are all good. Some of the (Islay's mostly) scotches out there IMO are like creasote tho, just not in my pallet preference.

The belvenie 14 carribean cask is my go to. The other two were Christmas presents from vendors. I'm looking forward to getting to them.

Side impact collisions are some of the worst as far as injuries go. And usually in my experience, the drunk person is not inured, or if he/she is it's only minor. Hate it for everyone.

Recap: CPF talked how he takes time to analyze a situation. Thinks the University has good leadership and now stability at the top. Impressed with members of the AD, some who are now working with their 4th AD. Said they were committed to UT which is what he wants. Wants it to be a place of warmth with past lettermen and women returning for reunions and reaching out to fans. Facilities are first rate and CJP said they equal Bama, Ga, and FSU. Talked about Stokely and renovations to baseball field. Neyland is on hold as he assesses what is needed (wide range is $). Wants all programs to be successful. Football recruiting is key as have to get bigger and stronger.

Interesting note this program is taped sometime prior to Friday as ADPF alluded to potentially Getty’s recruit from NC and had 17-18 signees.
He mentioned Clemson having some niceties we don’t have. I didn’t know that.
