I feel this is one of those situations where as long as we make him feel like a priority and don't try to slow play him (because we're making a run at Henry T or any other less likely prospects) that he will be a Vol, if we drag our feet that's a whole other story because he has other legit SEC offers

The UT fan thing did not come from me. To my knowledge that is BS. The problem is Arkansas and Auburn have been talking to him for a while. UT came in late. Hopefully they can catch up. I am trying on my end.

I get my info from the man himself. He is at my house at least once a week. Not gonna put everything I know on a message board. I hope he ends up at Tennessee but orange defense is incorrect.

Forked deer, I’m not going to argue with you, but I see his family a lot, and I can tell you that they’re vol fans including him. I don’t know if he comes to your house or not, but I’ve known the family for years. Heck, I’ve even sit with the family watching vol football on Saturday’s. He is a vol fan, he talks about Tennessee a lot when I’m around him. He wants to be here. I don’t know the info you have. I also know that he has to visit other places, because of the fill up gap of signees, but I also know he is going to be a vol if all possible when he visits. The family is going through a rough time right now. That is the reason for the delay.

Just to put it out there, the mom is not a vols fan. She does, howerver, prefer the vols since he's not going to Memphis. Just sayin.

He went to a Memphis camp and showed out. Memphis and GT offered. He then went to UT and had an awesome camp. Ran a 4.46. He came home without an offer and I think his feelings were hurt. He committed to Memphis the day he got home. He did not hear from UT again until after Auburn offered and he decommited from Memphis. UT can get him but they have some catching up to do. In my opinion it is good that he is not signing until February.
