Yes, but I think one of the recent rule changes was that you can get the initial counter back if a player goes on medical scholly.

I think it depends on how many hard no's we've gotten. If we're still in on some big targets, I'll be surprised if they let all 16 sign tomorrow. It's interesting, because the guys who think they could be on the bubble tend to send in their paperwork first thing to secure their spot. So I'll be curious to see how the coaches manage it.
