Tiger has a good term for those in the golf world who can flat get it done on the driving range, but can't on the course when it matters. He calls that guy a "Ranger Rick". He included himself in that category at one point in a personal down cycle.

Until proven differently on the field during games consistently - that is JG. When lesser talented QB's who have it in the head and heart lead their lesser talented teams to wins against us, that is the issue. Not just with JG either, across the board at many positions. The mission for CJP is to remake the roster and develop winners. That takes time and our patience because this roster was in a very bad place due to Botch's incompetence.
