By the way Hank have you heard Sarkisian's name at least being mentioned? At this point I would be happy with Sark. He's had proven play calling success at the college level. I know he has detractors but Tennessee could do alot worse at this point.

Yea i said something about it the other day but honestly i don’t know if that’s just people making connections and pulling out names. But if we end up with sark after all this...it’s An A++++ hire.

Remember Saban paid him over a million dollars for a reason and the Falcons hired him for a reason. Along with Washington and USC hiring him. He’s been hired by two of the best coaches in football history (Saban and carrol)

Lol. I try not to ignore people because everyone has an opinion and it is worth as much as mine is. Most people can tolerate people like me who brings nothing information wise to the board, but there are some that seem to go out of their way to try and make others miserable. Trolls are what a lot of people call them and it just makes my reading easier not having to deal with people like that.

Haven’t been around here in a long time. Those of you who know me on here will probably take this well. Those who don’t probably won’t.

No one on here knows anything. The people that know stuff: Pruitt, Fulmer, members of the coaching staff (who get asked about candidates).

Unless one of those people told someone else directly, those are the only people that know.

Don’t fall for anything else. there’s no one on here creeping around the complex and posting about the info they hear. Period.

Pruitt and Fulmer, while it’s confusing and frustrating to watch, are going about their process. Doesn’t mean they won’t make a mistake. Doesn’t mean they’re idiots. They’re just doing their job.

Be patient. Not because there’s a master plan. But because this is college football, and it’s fun, and these are fun to follow.

Completely agree. Also remember that Brian Kelly is Butchs biggest mentor so there’s gonna be a lot of similarities for someone learning under Kelly.

Well the only thing tha DM really said that could be proven wrong is “Sec experience” (i think). Saying it’s 95% done is no different than saying it’s 10% or 50% done. So i think it’s honestly pretty safe for DM.

And i don’t disagree that’s it’s a dangerous thing for fulmer, i just think it’s more believable then the latter.

It's the idea that Pruitt identified what he wanted pretty early on, got it, but needed to wait to announce it.

DMs creditability and Fulmers competance are going to be questioned along with Pruitts hiring ability with a pretty large pot to work with.
