Money isn’t close to the most important thing with coaches now. And look at the jobs their past OCs have taken. USM, WVU.

Biggest takeaway today is in the Ubben article. How he explained the CEO approach of Gundy and compared it to Pruitts all work/all the time approach. An increase in income would be great but if Yurcich thrives under that type of philosophy, he may not be the best fit for us. I’ve been self employed for 10 years now and work when I want, from where I want and it doesn’t affect how much I make. I can’t imagine going back to job where my days and hours were never-ending. No amount of money is worth giving up that kind of freedom.

Yes, money is almost always at the top of the list of importance, especially when talking millions of dollars. Is it always the #1 thing? No, of course not.

Are you trying to say that Pruitt has offered the job to one or more candidates and he's been turned down? Because there is no one reporting that to be the case.

Cannot underestimate the loyalty factor for Yurcich's situation given how he was hired. We might do well to start thinking outside the box ourselves. In that vein I have been excited to see Pruitt willing to go aggressive in who he has interviewed.

I may be wrong but I really think based on timing that Pruitt was hoping to land Enos. That is 100% subjective and likely false but it would tie some things up from a timing perspective.

Whoever Pruitt and Fulmer supports I support, and if that drags this out then so be it, but I am hesitant to be confident it will be a slam dunk situation given this search.

Surely you aren't suggesting that has not been a possibility at all.

I don't think we offered Lebby, Briles, or Freeze. I think we wanted Freeze until the background. Chaney was likely a pipe dream.
I think we wanted Enos and Yurich. That still leaves Lebby, maybe Briles, and whatever new candidates.
