Questions about okie st. offense Gundy vs Yuechirch(sp?) and can it translate into SEC. We all know big 12 can't stop anybody.
Pappoe and his family must be completely tone deaf, if they are buying that pitch from Gus that Pruitt and some of our staff are not happy, and will not be in Knoxville long. My word! Do some research about Gus’ new contract that has serious restrictions preventing him from succeeding next year. You don’t have to look far.I'm not sure they care about that. Sounds like AU or at least some of the bigger players are trying to sabotage Gus. Crazy stuff.
I don't think Pruitt hires Pittman because he really likes Friend as his OL coach. I am not sure if they could do something like make one of them OG coach and the other OT coach, but I doubt either would accept being Co-OL coach.About a month ago, Tim Irwin said that he knows for a fact that Chaney and Pittman would have come here last year and they both love Knoxville. Sounds weird but he definitely isn’t one to throw a rumor like that around, especially when there isn’t a position open. Brice and now Grant Ramey have both mentioned a mystery sitting SEC OC that’s a candidate. People have said that Chaney is upset that he doesn’t get to coach QBs anymore and his contract ends at the end of the month. Put all that together and I think there’s a legitimate shot he could come.
OMG. This is both racist and sexist:
If we're tepid on Freeze due to him being an un-self-aware weirdo, there's no way in hell we hire Briles.

Not claiming to be any type of football mind. So take my opinion with a grain of salt. I don't think a primarily heavy run ground and pound type offense will be super successful. And I don't think an air raid will be successful. What is successful is a balanced attack where you get your play makers the ball in space. It can't be predictable, especially with the weakness of our offensive line and our overall lack of talent. I know its cliche cliche but a good offense is creative and has the ability to adjust.Questions about okie st. offense Gundy vs Yuechirch(sp?) and can it translate into SEC.
