Agree Hurts will not be at Bama next yr imo. He deserves a shot somewhere. It doesn't make sense to redshirt with another tag and Bryant's grandson coming in as well.

Enos sold him on staying and getting a full yr of QB coaching. If Enos leaves Hurts will probably follow. If Enos stays, Hurts and Kiffin will be one to watch. Kiffin loves Hurts. Hurts would fit a lot of what Miss St, Florida are doing. Florida St probably would try. If we got Freeze we would be an option as well.

The scoop is Pruitt hasn't offered anyone yet, none, and met or talked with 4 or so guys including Freeze. Freeze expressed interest thru his agent Sexton and requested to meet Pruitt last week. Sexton wanted to talk money and Pruitt stopped him. Enos has NOT been interviewed. Pruitt says him and staff have been hitting recruits hard this past week and will take his time to get the right players for our roster and right coach for the job opening. Also, Friday there was pushback from some UT officials early in the day as rumors started about hiring Freeze, but by Friday night that was cleared and Pruitt got full backing from UT. Seems like there is always a team like that every bowl season - had higher aspirations and plays like they didn’t want to be there. Tom Herman’s teams usually play well as underdogs, so this might be one of those games.
