Shelton Felton seems to be a stud in that department, also...him the one assigned to recruit until they replace Helton. Who are our weaker recruiters...if any?Thought crossed my mind. Not sure how it would work and who that would mean would be gone if so. They would like to put Lilly in a full time role. I'd love for Lilly to take over TEs but neids is so critical in recruiting. Lilly one of best TE coaches there is and a big time recruiter himself. Landed some studs under a Richt
By “unfortunately” you mean that’s great and wish they could find a way to screw Bama too, right?So....
My top 4 are Bama, Clemson, Oklahoma and Georgia
ND and osu couldn’t compete with those four imo
Realistically it’ll prob be
Bama vs Oklahoma/Osu(unfortunately)
Clemson vs ND
I think Oklahoma should be in over OSU and honestly they should be a 3 over ND. ND needs to play another game or join a damn conference
Thoughts?
Last night was an interesting game. Bama has cruised the entire season, having their way with everyone. They started the game clearly sloppy and probably thought they'd just cruise through that game too. When adversity hit, it seemed like they didn't know how to respond for a while, then eventually got their act together.
You could clearly see Tua had difficulty dealing with it, and every time he made a bad decision or got sacked, he "came up limping'... He was used to just sitting back and picking his passes all season, that is why he had so much trouble knowing when to throw it away... Watching his body language, you could tell he wasn't used to having to "fight" for the win. He showed his age last night.
Then Hurts comes in cool as a cucumber and balls, all the while just looking smooth and calm... Tua saw what was unfolding and then was on the sidelines, helmet on, trying to get back in... interesting. After the game when Saban was interviewing and Hurts shows up, for a second it looked a little awkward.
I think Hurts still transfers somewhere because Tua will pick up where he left off and Hurts will ride the bench.
I don't think Enos can fix what is wrong with JG.
I have a healthy respect for established insiders (yes they exist) on here but if they ain’t likeable I’m going to eff with them. GFW is a good dude and maintained that when he had some sources and was honest when that changed. He seems to be dead on with his takes in general. Mueller would leak something he learned while handing out towels and then line up to be regaled afterwards...feminine sanitary napkin.I loved his catch phrase though...check my stats. It was good, along the lines of, whatcha gonna do?? and...if you smell what the rock is cooking..lol. well, maybe not as good as those. Quality though, still good quality for a volnationer
Kareem Hunt interview on. Dude is completely owning it. Demonstrating contrition. Making zero excuses.
All those wanting GA in, keep in mind we didn't think GA would compete with Alabama. Now, because they did, does that mean they are one of the best four teams? We say ND and Oklahoma can't compete with Alabama but who's to say they can't? Are we using how well a team competes with Alabama as a criteria for getting into the playoff? Maybe Bama is not as dominant as we thought. I just don't think you can penalize a team for not playing Alabama. JMO.
