The curse is real. Why are people comparing what Freeze done to the whole PState debacle? I think it is a huuuuuuge difference when considering that vs what freeze did. We really need this hire and that spark to our offense. It would allow JP and everyone else to focus on the D. Thoughts?

Is it true that Pruitt tried to call the offense at the Vandy game? That’s absurd if true. To your point, there’s no curse. It’s called incompetent leaders at the University. I would like the Freeze hire, but there is no doubt in my mind that those two alphas would come to blows at some point. For that reason, I’m putting my money on another Hoover boy to take the reins. Hope I’m wrong.

I agree but if we get emotions out of the way, we'd realize we are getting strung along and played by Sexton...

If we don't hire him, I bet money that in the near future, Saban will hire him and end up with a top offense

Wasn’t it discovered that Shiano had no knowledge of the situation... I agree with you if Shiano in fact had knowledge but I think it was discussed and even argued in the court of law that Shiano was cleared of looking the other way... there is zero doubt that Freeze paud players like they just pulled two double shifts while doing the same to prostitutes. He is a lying, cheating, piece of ****

This reminds me of the Tennessee Titans. The Titans owner is not really dedicated to winning & it appears that our admin isn't either.

Schiano, Wolken, and the UTAD did themselves a huge dis-service by not squashing the PSU ties. There was discussion of that on this board for 2-3 weeks prior to Schiano Sunday and they did nothing to dispel the PSU deposition that potentally implicated him......

You know, a lot of NFL owners don't "seem" to be committed to winning, as long as the franchise is making plenty of money.
It's nothing more than a business investment to them.
Seems to be trickling into college athletics more and more as well.

As a fan, that drives me crazy. Why do we play the game? To make money or win?
As a fan, I'm not making money, I'm spending money, so you need to commit to winning.

Just my .02 cents.

Why change if you can make the same money win or lose? No one forces you to spend your money on a crappy product.
