I've not had brisket at Firehouse nor sriracha chicken at Subway.

I would try the brisket, but I don't think the sriracha chicken sounds good. Nothing "sriracha" is ever any good IMO, except, Sriracha.

Give me a run-down, grungy looking Mexican restaurant. I've went to a couple of those and had some of the best and freshest Mexican food in my life.
