Indeed true but for whatever reason sec wouldn’t allow the OC job, perhaps because of the possible one year window. Even that closes tomorrow. Supposedly the sec has signed off on the hire this go round ( cannot recall where I read that) perhaps for that reason. Really doesn’t matter to me, if he is available...take him before someone else does. He is definitely the best piece on the board.

They didn't disallow it last year, they discouraged it but never said he couldn't be hired. There are a couple of articles on it.
