Lol, you automatically assume we’re the landing spot for Henry t if bama doesn’t get him. That’s the only incorrect info
I see. You can say there appears to be a chance we move on from henry, and I can say Henry isn’t going anywhere. Hold on to these thoughts for another month or so and we will see who comes out right. And if you think Jordan and chandler get ALL the touches at RB next year after what we saw this year from Pruitt’s rotation then I don’t know what to tell you. Banks imo will be the bruising RB Pruitt wants after he comes out of this offseason S&C program. And if we get all these Great LB’s you claim we’re gonns get them we wouldn’t need banks at LB anyhow.

It’s called depth. Google it. Pruitt’s used to it and wants it here.

If Banks has moved we only have 3 scholarship backs...that is beyond scary.

How much did he play this year? How much did London? Chandler and Jordan were the horses and Fils-Aimes was the third guy getting the scraps by season’s end...they’re all back and we add a body to that mix. Banks is needed more on the other side and that where he wants to be.

I wanted Banks at RB THIS year. I’m not too dumb to realize we can easily replace his running style with another guy. So him st LB isn’t a huge loss in the RB room but potentially a big gain at LB... if he can get the lingo down

Pretty sure Banks has moved to lb permanently now that the season is over. I wouldn't count on him ever receiving another carry the rest of his career

With what CJP wants out of his offense, and more specifically his Running Backs. I wholeheartedly doubt he’s done at RB. You hear Pruitt talking all the time about how he wants his offense players falling forward and gaining yards after contact. That’s what Jeremy Banks does and will do for us the next 2, hopefully 3 years. If Fitzgerald can get a good relationship going with Banks then he’s gonna be a Beastly young man next year!

Luckily the injury bug missed the RB's for most of the year, if it hits us next year with only two and a half backs, watch out.

I said he’d be the main guy by season’s end and scoffed when VQ hinted at the move to LB. I own my wrong. Kid’s a hungry beast...play him SOMEWHERE.

Fils-Aimes has done well when given opportunities so that “a half” slight from you was unearned. And someone in the class will be a running back...so that’s four. Thought you didn’t sweat NUMBERS? 😉

Fils didn't have enough carries to warrant being a RB this year and you know that. I don't know where Banks should be, I'm not on the staff but its weird how you talk about depth at LB then ignore it at RB.

Banks need to be sure to rinse the soap from his hands if he's going to be a RB. Definition of fumbleitis.

(and yes, this still makes me sick to this day).

Now back to the Pappoe thread... please..

Hence the “when given opportunity”. He’s always done well when so and there will be a freshman at the spot next season. 4 running backs...two more than we used last season. And why is LB depth “weird”. High impact position and I don’t think Kirkland comes back.
