I think I’d take JG’s arm.

If it's Enos, not only do we get a proven play caller with SEC experience, but we also get an elite QB coach which is something that we desperately need. On top of that, he probably brings us Hurts. This is the guy imo.

And head coaching experience which is needed

I’m good with Enos. One thing that intrigued me in that article though is the HS coach for Taulia. Obviously not for OC, but I wouldn’t be above a package deal at all if it meant getting Taulia here.

I like Enos but don’t really get the love for him bringing along a one year QB who is barely better than the guy we have.

I personally think he's a lot better. And until our OL unit improves, a guy with running ability helps us tremendously. I think he's better in almost every way than JG. He helps us transition to Shrout/Maurer/Bailey in 2020.

I’m still a big believer in Friend as an OL coach. He’s legit.

Get some SEC bodies up front and I think we’ll be solid.

I agree. He's been an elite OL coach everywhere he's been. He's working with the smallest OL in the power 5. He'll be fine. I think we'll see dramatic improvement next year just because our guys will be bigger. And he'll coach them up as well.

I don’t want to get into a JG debate because the kid is tough and works his ass off, but I’m gonna disagree here. He’s got really good arm strength, no doubt.

Enos to UT would be awesome. Chances of getting younger Tua goes WAY UP and we likely get Hurts or another good grad transfer QB who would want to be coached by Enos. Likely helps with bigtime WR's like Hazelwood as well.

It's a bonus. The long term benefits of proven experience and QB coaching are the biggest benefits of the deal.

He seems like Dobbs 2.0 to me. That is what we need until a new OL grows up. Desperately.
