It feels bad today after such a bad loss. I think it remains to be seen who is better. They played very well against Notre Dame and in the first half against Florida. Other than that, they have been pretty average. We have played very well at times and have been really horrible at times. Shurmer has lit it up against us the last two years. If we cannot contain him, it will be a long day. I still think we have a great shot to win if we execute and play to our capabilities. I think we will be motivated, but I am sure they will also. I think it's a one possession game in the end and I am not ready to predict who I think will win.Feels like we're barreling down 5-7 pike. Once again at this time of year, just feels like Vanderbilt has the better football team.
Probably so, but they will be bigger and stronger, at least on the Oline. If we get Wright, then he and Morris may well be starting at tackle. That scares me, even though they are very highly rated and Morris at least already has the size.Looks like we have three tight ends on our line. One of, if not the worst o lines in the power 5. Got news for everyone, they're probably not going to be a whole lot better next year. Both lines of scrimmage will again likely be weaknesses next year.
Ole miss would have become bowl eligible last night......... so I dont see your logicPeople that are naive enough to think that the SEC doesn't try and influence games through officiating needs to watch Alabama play, anybody. By "assisting" in Vandy's win last night, they've assured another SEC bowl team. Had Vandy lost and the beat us next week, then that would have removed bo f2f h Vandy and Tennessee from receiving a bowl.
Next Saturday will come down to a single thing: want to. Do these players want to go to a bowl? Personally i dont think they do.
