How's the smoking thing going, if you don't mind me asking.

I ask cause I thought about it earlier. I was at the Dr Monday and we were talking about exercises and diet. I told him I was jogging some and doing leg lunges. He asked me to show him a leg lunge. Lol.

"Lol", that's what he did when I showed him one.

Long story short, he showed me how to correctly do them. I came home and did 3 sets of 10 and almost split my head open on the kitchen counter.

Anyway, I just wondered how you were doing and if you were exercising or anything.

I'm embarrassed to say I'm a back slider. However, still a lot less than I was. I SUCK!

Leg lunges would kill me. Haha
I walk around 3 to 5 miles a day, however, I'm not stretchy in any way.

Don't be embarrassed, I quit many times haha.

Speaking of embarrassed, I am for how bad of shape I'm in and didn't realize, especially my legs. I'm not exaggerating, after those leg lunges, that I even cheated a little on, messed me up for 3 days. Leg lunges. That's sad dude.
 
not good - not good at all --- not as easy as it looks --- I wonder if 95 could even do 1
I'm telling you, its wearing me out. I'm committed though, and I'm going to start doing g 3 sets of 15 next week.

Watched a video today of a guy that did 100 pushups a day for 30 days. He did them in sets, started with like 10 at a time and so on. Anyway, he didn't change his diet or do any other exercises.

He measured his arms, chest and waist before and after, and obviously his weight.

He lost 7 lbs., went from 38.5 to 35 in the waist, gained 2 inches in both arms and a little over 2 inches in his chest.

You might not want to do that one in the video on the bad leg --
I probably wouldn't. Walking isn't really bad, neither is the weight stuff I do. I avoid squats, lunges, and stuff like that. Those kill my knee.

5.7 white guy who has 2 normal kids he enjoys taking to Disney and hanging out with a guy named Barrett.

Ended up seeing a difference specialist in the US who does similar things. That allowed us to get a lot more visits and treatments for the +100k we spent on Reds medical. She still has times of deficits but is doing much better now. Not that you actually give a ****
