What is the everything else you speak of?

He’s a 55% career passer and has thrown for 200 yards twice in his career while having more than 20 attempts 7 times. He appears to be a “game manager” from what I’ve seen out of him. He does some things better than JG but I just don’t see how he is clearly better and thus should be starting.
