I never said Trump was responsible. Did I ever even remotely make that claim? The CNN headlines in no way make that claim. What was false or misleading about the headlines? That's a simple question.Your first mistake is believing you are part of the clear thinking public rather than admitting you're a far left leaning partisan. Your thinking is in no way "clear" as you try to blame everything negative in the world on Trump.
The clear thinking public knows that Trump is in no way responsible for the actions of a bat **** crazy, far right wing nut. I'll agree, Trump should tone down his rhetoric(something I've stated previously), but that doesn't make him responsible for a lunatic.
For the love of God, could you at least attempt to find your way back to reality?
The question wasn't addressed to me, but I think the media has a greater responsibility to report the news without bias than the president has to represent all Americans.
I think the president has a greater responsibility to do this, "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
There is no individual that can represent all Americans. Representation falls upon elected officials at the state and local levels as well as with senators and house representatives. POTUS has the responsibility to be executive of the office and defend the constitution.

The clear thinking public (you included) knows that Trump's rhetoric has caused a continual decline in public discourse and that Trump will never admit to that fact or change.
The continual decline in public discourse makes it more likely that the lunatics on both sides will act on their craziness.
That's sort of my whole point. Trump is a negative. Pure and simple.
I disagree. If the President's biggest responsibility is to uphold the Constitution, doesn't that also include the Freedom of the Press. Emphasis on "Freedeom". The media is under no obligation to kowtow to the President, in fact, they should hold him accountable which is what they do - he just doesn't like it because he is a thin-skinned pansy.
Breitbart disciples: FALSE FLAG, Democrat conspiracy, or a crazy liberal. a republican/conservative/Trump supporter would never do this
2 days later, it ends up being a lunatic Trump supporter
Breitbart disciples: let's not assign blame to any side here, obviously just one crazy person with no real affiliation, let us remain above the petty politics

Personal responsibility for his actions, comments, and rhetoric.....not the mailing of bombs.Luther, the CNN said Trump refuses to take personal responsibility, as if he should take personal responsibility. So how can you say they're not making that claim? That's just idiotic.
It's not just Trump's rhetoric contributing to the decline of public discourse. I's all political rhetoric, and it dates back prior to Trump. I know you're happy only calling out Trump, trying to keep it one-sided, but the truth is this goes back so much further and both parties bear responsibility.
