I would say they most likely are. Looks like they might be coming from the Opa-Locka area in Florida..which is almost entirely black and hispanic and heavily democrat. Probably just a coincidence though. Would explain the misspelling and inability to create something functioning though.

I don’t doubt she got a good gig out of school. GT is a great school and a female candidate with a solid resume is going to get lots of offers for sure. But “consultants” are brought in for specific expertise to fill specific experience gaps. Or they’re brought in for their large amount of experience to direct the show if the contracting company has no expertise at all. So as usual I’d guess he’s talking out his ass and overselling it.

We hire kids right out of school as "consultants" they're basically labor and we run their asses off, those that stay move up to assistant project managers.
