Coaches need to start playing the right guys and quit using who they want to be the right guys. Practicing well is good, playing well in games is better. They don't have to be mutually exclusive of each other, but sometimes they are due to coaching choices of drills, plays called, who each player is going against on their own team in practices, etc.
They are 7 games in and there is not much that isn't known. If individual players aren't executing in games, not focusing on assignments, not giving all they have on each play, are being goaded into excessive penalties, etc. - cut their playing time and/or put on ST. The team needs to take on the personality of the HC and I seriously doubt this is what CJP had in mind.
