Bama D had already taken foot off of gas. Chryst is better at getting into right protections. Hard to say.

I'm not sure Chryst should start but are you accusing the OL of doing this purposely. Maybe he is helping his own cause.

Chryst isn’t taking as much time. He’s much quicker through the progression and release.

He needs to start from here on out.

I know it’s only been about a quarter but he is much more poised and the game is much slower for him. A blind man can see it.

Chryst is so far and away a better quarterback. He actually reads the defense and can pick up a blitz. That is something I have not seen JG do 1 time. He is utterly incapable of reading defenses.

Some qb’s throw it to the open man. Some qb’s spend there entire career looking for them. Learned that from a coach who had an eye for qb play. And it’s the damn truth

KC does read defenses better and is able to get the Vols out of a bad play. But, JG was beginning to play much better this year.

A lot of JG fans are enamored with his cage match toughness, he has that in spades. But in the SEC no QB should expect 4-5-6 secs to decide where to throw the ball. That is JGs weakness, was last year and is again showing itself this year.

It’s called playing with no pressure. Big difference in starting a game and being the man versus being the guy who comes off the bench when the games already out of hand anyways.

Absolutely not. It would take one hell of an assumption on your part to get that from my post. I think the o-line has done better protecting Chryst than JG. Could be because of Chryst or maybe they settled down.
