Coach Kelly was in AL this weekend watching multiple games...

Kelly got a chance to watch Hoover (Ala.) High School take on Brookwood High School of Snellville, Ga., Saturday evening in the final game of the day.

Hoover’s roster features four-star Auburn wide receiver commitment George Pickens — a top-100 prospect who has been committed to the Tigers since July — along with three-star running back Larry McCammon, three-star linebacker Nick Curtis and four-star Class of 2020 quarterback Robby Ashford, among others.

He embarrassed the Brookwood defense. Literally.... lol

This Hoover team is loaded and the secondary in particular will prove themselves soon. The 2019 CB Jabari Moore opened a lot of eyes yesterday as well. The 2020 QB didn’t play but he’s the most talented kid on that team and a big time baseball prospect as well

He showed out when Hoover played on ESPN. I know Pruitt is probably connected there but it has to be nearly impossible to pull him away from Auburn if we are offering this late in the process.

Wow we just offered?
it doesn't sound like it. it looks like he had an offer some time ago? and it looked like in the thread at one point he was comitted to Auburn, but that never shows on his timeline....and no decommittment.... also talk about visiting TN, but nothing on the timeline abou that either.

not sure what's going on here. surely we didn't just offer this kid this week???

My favorite WR in the class.
Best WR on 50/50 jump balls, good body control. Speed isn’t great but everything else is very good. He is wavering, visiting Ga tomorrow, Bama getting a visit, perhaps Pruitt found out he was no longer solid and wanted to throw the hat into the ring.
