I know of programs at the PeeWee level that wouldn't get asked back for a second year for allowong that to happen 3 times in a game

I'm sure in that Peewee league they would be calling it if the guy was slightly out of line with the other guys. In your example it would be a kid lining up three yards out of placement. But hey, maybe your Peewee league is hard core
