Not sure if Hank is correct or not, but anyone who questioned Butch’s personnel decisions 4 games in would have been attacked as well.

I also remember hearing the “Butch is a better coach than you” for people who’s opinions strayed from the norm or dared question anything he did.

At least one of he pairings need to battle back for a win.
they're making it real easy on the Europeans... Mickelson and dechambeau are playing terrible. Dustin isn't hitting any shots, and speith and Thomas need to start drafting some puts.

We're getting boat raced right now

Because i do not think JG is good or will be good. I think he lacks maturity and was overrated playing in crappy NJ in high school. I don’t know why it’s such a big deal. I could be wrong and JG could go on to be a good QB and play in the nfl Who knows.

I thought Chryst could help us more Bc the experience he has and he gets the ball out quicker. He isn’t as athletically gifted as JG but that’s about #6 on the list of things that make up a good qb.

That’s my stance. It has been for a while. Idk why it’s such a big deal.
Is JG on pace to graduate this year? I’d bet he is.

I could see Shrout getting major burn in the last 4 games and JG grad transferring out. Shrout will be our guy going forward.

I think it’s pretty obvious Jordan is our 4th best back. Not sure why he keeps playing.

Jennings has also shown to be our best WR underneath and after the catch, so why not let him work underneath out of the slot like Jarvis Landry or Fitzgerald does now.

Spot on. Pruitt highly questionable early. We looked like absolute dog crap for 4 games now. Even if you call a spade a spade right now that the coaching sucks, he's getting 20 more chances to right the ship and prove us wrong. But it looks awful early.

We always get boat raced in the Ryder Cup.

It’s my opinion. Not sure why it’s such a big deal. That’s what this board is for. I give a take about Tim Jordan or Abernathy no body cares. But i say anytbjng negative about JG and people lose their minds lol.
We’d have no minds left...which is where you’re angling. 😉 Stow the drama, PLENTY is spouted negative about JG. When it’s agenda driven (as you do with Lebron), it’s more a blowback to your incessant hot air. You’re smart. Don’t ever cease reminding us every half hour!

it's not a big deal and wouldn't be if you didn't present it as if it were some infallible position. you present it as if that since you're willing to challenge what hte coaches have decided to do (after seeing all these guys week in and week out for 10 months) that you must be right.

and any time somoene offers a logical retort, you fall back on the old "so the coaches never make mistakes?" and as you so eloquently stated to butchna, he must be a sheep because he didn't agree with you.

like the only thing that matters is that you apparently are the only one willing to step out ont he ledge and say "the coaches might/are/could be wrong", that should earn you some points or something.

you're opinion is no more right than anyone's. and yeah, i think it's perfectly sane to say the coaches probably do know a little bit more about the personnel on that roster than you, me or butchna.

and at the end of the day, pruitt has always said from day one that practice will determine who plays. and he's been sticking to his guns on that. can't fault him for that.

i think everyone has players they've thought highly of and have wondered why they don't see the field more. for me, it was Shamburger, i thought he would be sure to see significant playing time, especially over Micha. it hasn't happened that way.

so, what does that mean? probably that micah has been doing the things required of him in practice and Sham hasn't.

this season is a wash at this point. you can't, now, go back on what you've been telling these kids all off season about practice/playing time because you're now desperate to win a game. and i don't think they are to be honest. this is about establishing your culture and how things are going to be done, ground up. you start deviating from it now, you lose credibility and you lose the players that will be coming back next year.

no one likes the results. but what a lot of y'all are talking about right now is really a short game, with no real benefit down the road. this staff is apparently playing the long game....to me, it's pretty obvious now that's what they're doing.

Good arm, hand picked by the offensive coordinator, and the only young QB we have.
It was McBride before him. JG has the job another year, IMO. And that will give Maurer a year to learn and eventually compete with Shrout.

We love to latch onto that one article on Shrout. If he was such a sure-fire recruit, why did nobody else want him? Maybe they were scared off by his injury, sure, but he didn't look great in his senior year, IIRC.

Just Because i think someone is good or isn’t doesn’t mean there is an agenda. I’m sorry that one of the people i don’t think good just so happens to be your favorite player on the team.

I think LeBron is the best basketball player ever. That’s not an agenda that’s an opinion. I think randy moss is the best WR ever that’s an opinon, not an agenda. I think Barry Sanders is the best RB ever, that’s an opinon not an agenda.

Like i said, i can absolutely torch Abernathy, Jordan, Kongbo, etc and it’s no big deal. But where some people have 1000% locked in on JG as the QB of the future from the moment he stepped foot on campus it’s blasphemy or agenda driven if someone has anything negative to say about him.

Remember: There’s always the ignore button if you don’t like what i have to say.
