Other than the ability to talk as much crap as desired, do you think it gets old as a Bama fan?

I mean, there are only like 3 games a year that you maybe think you might possibly lose. I guess you complain about 20 point wins and style points

Knowing that I’m becoming spoiled far beyond the experience of every other fan base would be kind of weird. Dunno I guess I could try to manage if Tennessee had that success

Knowing that it is built entirely on an unprecidented run of #1 recruiting classes would take the shine off of it. It's like winning a video game with cheat codes or getting lucky with a hooker. Not much challenge there.

I want to see more physical tackling. I know it's going to take some time to be consistent in our physicality, but I'm so tired of seeing us make initial contact at the LOS and the RB still squeezes three yards out of the play.

Agree that Shy, Alexis, and KP are looking good. But that's the one thing that absolutely needs to be improved heading into SEC play.

I would love to see a physical defense. I was excited when Warrior had an Eric Berry like hit last Saturday. Then the next opportunity he had he went back to his hug and drop tackle

Re: Craft beer in Knoxville...

Jen Parker, the co-founder of Crafty Bastard, has a show on WDVX every Saturday at 1PM. She has lots of guests, talks about local brews, and plays a few tunes. Obviously, the Vols will be playing at 1PM today, but worth checking out if anyone is interested.

I doubt the passion really dwindles — it’s a great bandwagon, after all — but the silver lining is the schadenfreude that is coming our way whenever the dynasty finally ends. I can’t even imagine the level of weeping and gnashing of teeth the next time Bama goes 8-4.
From your keypad to the fb gods' ears, I hope.
But what I meant by passion is that adrenaline rush when you're on the verge of beating a highly ranked team or a rival etc:
When you expect to win every game, no way it's as heart racing.

When a conversation is about another team sucking, never fear, chef will come in to defend them by chiefing on the Vols. Maybe you should not have concerned yourself with the original conversation about Florida. Why is it that saying something bad about a rival offends you and compels you to say something bad about us? Nobody was claiming we had a good pass rush there. Just stating that Florida sucks. You love to play the victim card but you earn every shot you get. I'm sure you will want to respond to this with some bull chief but I recommend just flushing it instead.
Why do you guys love to argue with this troll so much? You think you’re putting him in his place but in reality you’re just giving him the attention that he wants.

Tebow is such a Florida homer and it just came out. lol. lord.

What'd he say?

As much as I hated the guy from 2008-2012 (including his NFL career where OF COURSE a division rival makes him a first round pick and OF COURSE Tebow wills them to a couple playoff wins despite having more turnovers than TD's).. I actually really appreciated his commentary on the Dobbs and the Vols during 15 and 16. He still has the demeanor of an excited puppy and speaks exclusively in run-on sentences though. That's kind of annoying.

Last year when he blasted a homer in his first single-A at bat, I couldn't help but to laugh and kinda internally cheer him on.

Crap, I might actually kinda like Tebow now.

Back in the 90s it felt that way. 3 NC games...only won 1, but definitely easier to be a Tennessee fan that decade. Seems so long ago.
Hopefully we now have a coaching staff that can take us back.

Cliff notes?
hes talking about how Florida is incredibly talented but needs to buy in to Mullens program and how theyll be a really good team later in the year. saw a reaction when finebaum made a negative comment and paired with last weeks battle (that he lost) with finebaum about the Kentucky game... hes being a homer.

idk I feel hes regressed. his knowledge of the SEC is pretty poor.

maybe it's because he has an understandable connection to Mullen.

The bama fans few teeth will need to line up to be able to gnash them...pretty slim odds there.

"Florida will be a good team later in the year when it clicks. They're very talented..."

"It's going to take Pruitt a long time to turn TN around..."
