If the Braves can keep the lead at 5.5 going into next Thursday with the four game series at home vs Philly, the Braves would need to win 3/4 to clinch the division.

Sounds like the Braves gonna give Camargo the rest of the week off. I’d like to se Ozzie move to the 2 hole and see if he can continue his hot streak

I still have 2011 in my mind. They’re in a really good position. They’re playing really good ball right now. And ahead of schedule. This has been a dream season so far. Gotta finish it

I'm the same way, 2011 is still stuck in my mind. We are in a great spot right now especially with the Phillies collapsing.

Be cautious. Just get enough ABs in to be ready for postseason. That’s the unfortunate thing, we are RAZOR THIN on position players.

People who don’t like them need to surf around mlb tv a night or two. There are other guys WAY worse. Most of them are.

That said, Chip and Joe both have several things I can’t stand about them but that’s bound to happen when you listen to them every night for years.

Also got spoiled with Boog and Smoltz for that brief time. I actually like frenchy in the booth. Glavine is decent enough too. Paul Byrd is pretty good. Brian Jordan and nick green are abysmal though. Jordan is at least entertaining. Green is a waste of time.

I actually think Chip would be good with an engaging analyst. When him and Byrd did a weekend series Chip was great and Chip calls a great walk off. I think a Chip/Byrd/Frenchy booth would be solid. Glavine is really fun with pitching but you can tell he doesn’t feel comfortable talking about hitting at all.

Joe Simpson can **** off.

Your last point is really key. If you try and watch every game you’re gonna hear them at least three hours for 140 games and it can definitely grate on you especially when Chip/Joe have been there for 10+ years.

I really wish I could royally **** up like John Hart, throw my subordinate under the bus like he did to save his ass, and get to have his old cushy job back and pretend nothing ever happened.
