That would be great, but having those priorities usually leads to a more disjointed game imo. Maybe it won't this time. Or maybe they have already identified their "gamers" and ride them this game.

Meh. This is a team that was tied late 3rd quarter against a bad D2 team.

I think this game is absolutely worthless. We'd be better off scrimmaging ourselves, the competition would be greater. But it is what it is. I'll take nothing from this game, good, bad or ugly. Hopefully we don't lose anyone to injury.

Remember when we lost one of the greatest Vol RBs ever in a early season game against Pacific...I member..

Fans may not be able to take much from this game but the team can get a lot out of it. Especially the young players and coaches. So worthless is maybe an overstatement. From the team's point of view anyway.

Besides Tony Robinson going down, the Webb injury is maybe the biggest in recent memory.
I think the Webb injury is the worst in Vol history. Tony's is the second worst no doubt, but in the end though, outside of the 6-6 tie with Georgia tech that was a direct result of his loss, causing the coaches to have the most vanilla gameplan in history with Daryl Dickey in that game, I'm not sure it cost the team a lot season wise.
