We found aRB. I thought the oline responded well after getting worked early. I think they should get better as they play more w each other. No player on the oline had experience at the spot they played or with the person beside them. And after only a quarter or so I thought they already started to look better

On defense I agree Grier will do that to a lot of people. Did pretty well againstbthe run. Weren’t dominated up front. But must find a pass rush

On both O and D we need to find a way to get big plays

Qb is a great example. Didn’t play bad. But 176 yds passing w no running yards just isn’t going to cut it. We’re going to need to support this defense w more points and drives than we did today

Few things made me scratch my head but I believe solid corner play alone and we would have had a ball game.
Other things are more easily adjusted, CB play, yikes.

yeah, if we can figure out how to tighten up our secondary and play smart back there, we should play folks a lot closer than today. Entire secondary was horrible.

For being a defensive guy, I was not impressed with Pruitt’s ability to create pressure.

Also, this should remind everyone why they should take all the garbage that VQ analysts put out there with a grain of salt. Pumped up a lot of folks on here way too much.

You always have to remember that they report what they see in practice against our own team. I still think Bituli and Taylor and maybe Kobgbo will be good players for us. Our WR’s were much better than last year, and they implied that.
