I don't understand how it'll work. Will there be tag titles on both brands? There aren't enough teams for that.

That's something that has to be worked out but i've read and seen videos that said Women's Tag Team Titles were being planned for sometime in the Future. They will probably bring up more women wrestlers from NXT and also bring in talent from Impact,ROH and foreign promotions like Japanese women's promotion Stardom and Mexican promotions like AAA and CMLL.
