It all depends on can our defense improve 100% from the Vandy game. I will have to believe it to see it. They will be better no doubt, but they will have to play both disciplined and tough. I think the tough part will be better, but playing smart, disciplined defense is going to be a tough order against a offense like WVU. I do think we COULD win this game, but I just think we will have too many breakdowns to stop them cosistently. I hope I'm wrong.

I appreciate it! I'll definitely keep you posted and give you shout if I need any help defining my variables. I'll keep my eyes posted for the returning yards totals and percentages as well.

Exactly. David Amerson was this shut down elite corner that was going to dominate but what ended up happening is Tyler Bray and CP took a massive dump all over that preseason hype. Same thing is going to happen in Charlotte. But this time it will be the running game, DWA and the deep ball off play action that will ruin WVU's day. Oh and Kongbo and friends knocking Grier down every chance they get. Can't. Freakin. Wait.

Comparing business executives AND WALMART GREETERS to professional athletes, who’s whole portfolios are based on physically dominating their opponents and ENTERTAINMENT is an exercise in futility. It’s all about your customer base. Business professionals need you BUY something...entertainers are providing such for customers that have already BOUGHT the product. Persona...schtick...all that crap. When they disturb political or social mores, then they get regulated. But salty, colorful language has never been discouraged from the base of sports fans, music fans, FANS FANS. You’re not going to get a consensus, so their bosses are not going to tackle the impossibility of censoring (or even discouraging) it.

I still have visions of Vandy...freakin Vandy, among the worst offenses in all of CFB..running over, through and around us while scoring 42..I am going to have to see a real defense before I can believe it. I just think it will take more than one spring and one fall practice to fix that wreck.


I know we have the coaches to fix it, I just think getting it fixed will take longer, and I hope they don't get demoralized by having to deal with WVUs scheme. If they didn' t have Grier, I would feel a lot better about this matchup, scheme or not. That dude is a really good experienced QB...It is just a bad matchup for this defense..AT THIS POINT.

Unfortunately think this is going to be an issue for us this year. Not sure we can take advantage.

Lol..I didn't even catch that when you quoted it 😂 I really am extremely dyslexic, when I am typing my posts, a lot of times they sound like Yoda..I have to retype a lot..😏 Sometimes I put letters, phrases, and other things out of order too.
