He needed to disappear for a while and let some of the embarrassment of his soundbites and 4-8 season fade away. Taking the Bama gig was just another tone deaf, brain dead move by him and cemented him as a joke in CFB.

I like the fact that - on the new site - i don’t see posts or replies from folks I’ve ignored, but then a post like this shows up, quoting no one, and I feel like this is a perfectly normal conversation, and I wonder who I’ve ignored that is talking about back to the future and TMNT?

AK has no filter now that he is big time. Seen several random comments he has made whether it's f this f that in media interviews or this or we would best the shiz out of Eagles. Guy may want to chill the f out

Yeah...that one win his freshman season kept it from happening then. You really seem hung up on that 120 year figure. Majors had a 4 win season and that landmark happened several times over that 120 year period. Every program except us and Ohio State had endured an eight loss season...number of games in a season thing. I really don’t think God was involved in our delay. Better Vols career...Butch. Check the record.

Dude, I'm not arguing with you anymore; everyone else is sick of it and so am I. If you choose not to think last year's team is the worst UT has ever seen, well...then...good luck to you with that. 👍
Not winning a single game in conference play, for the first time in our history, seems lost to you for some reason. I choose to allow this fact to hold a massive sway over me when thinking about the amount of sucking Butch Jones did while he was here. To you, it seems to mean nothing...to me, it does. You will either get over this or you won't...not my concern.

I reread it and I don’t think he was humble at all. He doesn’t understand why Tennessee fans were upset with him, I mean, he just changed jobs, right? Everybody does that. He never took any responsibility for losses at USC - bad situation with death penalty, not his fault...

I don’t know - just didn’t see any maturity there.

This has never been about what last season was. Never argued about Butch Jones failure...just your weird insistence that Dooley was better. Numbers don’t work...kinda like the rest of your argument. And thanks for using my line...pretty awesome ain’t it? 😉
