Qanon -The Storm

I had hope for you, but in fact, you don't have reading comprehension. So the main point you keep missing is "have the power". Nowhere does it say that he has been completely purged from the internet, but he could become the new Daily Stormer (whom I despise) based on "hate speech".

In fact, you said this
Whether people hate AJ is beside the point. I wonder if our resident libs love the fact that a handful of tech monopolists have the power to simultaneously purge him from the internet.

I don't like the power Facebook and Twitter have. We would be better off without them and probably wouldn't have our dumbass president. While they hold a lot of power, AJ hasn't been purged from the internet. You were the one that implied this.

No you are the one that can't comprehend what I said. That's not my fault.

AJ is the canary in a coal mine. He's just the test subject for censoring based on "hate speech".

Free speech is his constitutional right. No one can stop him from speaking. But, First Amendment is not absolute. However, the law pertaining to defamation is centuries old.
A TV personality uses that tragedy to earn a fortune by claiming the child's murder was a hoax.
The parents sue the TV personality and are forced to move seven times because of death threats.
Death threats for defending the loss of your murdered son.
Jones has plainly defamed these poor parents, whose only "crime" was having their son murdered by a lunatic. But really he has done more than that. Publishing their address and whipping his audience up into a fervor about how they are part of some evil conspiracy is in essence stalking and inciting violence.
And your talking about Tweets! Facebook! Have you no sense of decency, sir,

Look I don't agree with the dumb crap he says and I've not paid him much attention. But Going after AJ is a surefire way of making him the centerpiece of discourse that will more than likely grow his ego and status. The dude started as a local access broadcaster, he's just not going to go away. Good job overplaying your hand here libs.

if you don't agree, stop defending him. At what point will you say, "Hey I can't defend that crap"

so you defend the NFL players right to protest.
so you defend the NFL players right to protest.
I do. I also defend the right to turn off the tv and not watch. Same with burning the flag. Set it on fire if you wish. If somebody kicks your ass for doing it, don't come crying to me. Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.

Enforcing free speech is authoritarian?

The First Amendment is gives you the right of free speech from the government. It does NOT guarantee one free speech from a private company.

Actually, "enforcing free speech" in your scenario, would be government trampling the free speech rights of private companies (Alphabet, Facebook, Twitter).

I'm not defending Alex Jones. I am defending his right to free speech on any platform.

There is no point in defending a right he does not have. In fact, such would be quite dystopian. Luckily, we have the First Amendment which guarantees that the government won't do that to a private company and a free market which allows you to protest by not frequenting their business.

wouldn't you be bothered if your neighbor was bat$hit crazy and believed wild conspiracy theories that random, anonymous people wrote online? At the end of the day, these QAnon followers are our neighbors, coworkers, and members of the community. That bothers me....it should worry a lot of people. At what point do QAnon followers leave reality altogether.

It seems to me you're upset that anyone dare question the "official stories" pumped out daily by corporate run media.

I don't blindly believe everything I've read online since I started following Q (7-8 months). It has given me the objectivity to see things more clearly. I research more now than I ever have before. I try to get more information to understand what's really happening.

The coordination / synchronicity of separate major media outlets is impossible to ignore if you're paying attention.

Trump gets 90% negative coverage by the MSM. Why?

His administration has been successful on the economy and jobs. His loudest critics appear to want him to fail at anything & everything - even if that means going to war with North Korea or Russia.

Other than his personality, style and the fact he defeated Hillary Clinton - what are the things he has done to deserve 90% negative coverage?

Russian collusion is a fairy tale. It didn't happen, but the media published stories with anonymous sources saying it did. The media is complicit in a plot to impeach President Trump.

The truth will be revealed - I hope you're prepared for it.

so you defend the NFL players right to protest...

...and be fired as a consequence.

Roger Goodell just ended my NFL viewership by ordering Jerry Jones to stop talking about the national anthem and the Dallas Cowboys policy to stand on the line with hand over heart.

Lots of former NFL fans that may never come back.

Quite true. They've not reported that's done his best to fulfill his promises. Much more than the clown he had in office previously

Why is there a Q Anon thread on VOL Nation?

Spoiler, it's a parlor trick. Slip in a few things likely to be true and the "Q"ers swallow the whole jig when it fleshes out.

I believe it's dangerous.

For confirmation, just ask Big OD. He's just shy of 24 posts...zipped into eternity. Anhwho, back to JFK JR.

JFK Jr. Faked His Death !!

Any why you might ask? Cuz President Trump is secretly waging war on an evil cabal of liberals who rig the elections, and run the CIA, and abduct children, and hid all the UFOs, and killed Princess Diana, and did Hurricane Katrina, and invented vampirism, and … [consults QAnon guide …]

Whew, that sure helped.

Around the middle of July, a new figure named “R” appeared in the 8Chan forum devoted to QAnon “research.” (“R” is the letter in the alphabet after “Q.”) The anonymous poster, who was soon dubbed “Ranon,” posited that Kennedy hadn’t actually died in a plane crash off the coast of Massachusetts. Instead, he’d faked his death to avoid the supposed deep-state cabal that is at the center of QAnon and teamed up with Trump to kick off a decades-long strategy. While Trump had laid the groundwork for his presidential bid, QAnon believers posited, Kennedy had become Q.

From above...

Incredibly, QAnon believers claim Kennedy has even appeared in public at Trump rallies, posing as just another Trumpite. They latched onto a picture of a bearded, middle-aged man in glasses standing in the stands behind Trump at one rally, claiming that the man was actually Kennedy in disguise.

In fact, the man looks nothing like Kennedy. But QAnon supporters ran wild with the theory anyway, trying to use facial aging programs to prove that he was Kennedy, who would be 57 today.

A day after the Trump rally in Tampa, QAnon supporters were once again analyzing pictures of rally attendees for “proof” that the Kennedys' are still alive.

It's True Trust Me !

Spoiler, you haven't read a single Q post and are basing your opinion solely on last week's media coverage.

I've asked before, is there anything concrete you can point to as definitive proof of an accurate prognostication by 'Q'?

How about something bordering on happenstance..? Even remotely close?

Anything?
