Talk to any Buckeye fan, and they’re riding with not being able to PROVE Urban’s wife told him...in the 3 years since the separation, restraining order et al. Gotta suspend reality to sell it...but they’re dug in. I’m sure the same strategy extends to the assistants. You know we’re lying...we know you know, but prove it!

I am sure that many of our fans would be the same way if it were a coach here who had been very successful. I would not be one of those fans, however. I would feel pretty sick to my stomach if we took that path.

Our baby sitter for the summer is a senior at OSU, and this is the stance they're all taking. Urbana wife probably didn't tell him!
I live 90 miles east of cbus, scuds of buckeye fans around me,along with WVU, it's the worst!!
Our sons bday party is this eve, and a few die hard OSU parents will there, I'm anxious to rag on them!!

Jauan Jennings has taken on a bigger leadership role with his fellow WRs, per several folks. He’s brought energy and focus to the weight room. It’s clear to many people that this will likely be Jennings’ final season in Knoxville, but the wideout is focused on returning to the field with a splash and having a big year before he heads off to the NFL.

The most impressive newcomer as definitely been Brandon Kennedy. He's expected to bring a lot of physicality to the offensive interior. The guy who gets talked about little is Ryan Johnson. Johnson, who will graduate in December with his degree in engineering in 2.5 years, is between 305-310 and he is a lineman who some believe has improved as much as any this offseason. But many of those same believe Jerome Carvin can be a starter this fall at guard. And that is why both Pruitt and offensive coordinator Tyson Helton said Trey Smith's position for the fall will be based on need and where they can get their best five on the field, which means tackle is certainly a real possibility.

Ultimately, the numbers will work themselves out. It’s just difficult to see exactly how right now but that should clear up more by the end of September. The Vols still want a receiver. They still want at least two more DBs (preferably true corners). They still need an impact pass rusher and one more offensive lineman. And what about another inside linebacker?

No matter what, guys like Khris Bogle, Darnell Wright, Quavaris Crouch, Zion Puckett and Henry To’oto’o have spots if they want in. Corners Devin Bush and Jaydon Hill remain top targets, too, but tough decisions will have to be made at other spots. The Vols are definitely working to flip Mississippi State defensive end Charles Moore and Ole Miss wideout JaVonta Payton, but they’re not the only flip targets. Tennessee is still keeping tabs on LSU’s Maurice Hampton and Georgia’s Bill Norton.

I’ve never ignored common sense rooting for my team. When it became plainly obvious that Tyndall was dirty up to his eyeballs, I didn’t like it...but I didn’t make up conspiracies alleging that somebody planted evidence on his computer. That’s what this level looks like. Now that’s nowhere near the loss that Urban constitutes for tOSU. This is a giant among coaches. Close top 2 with Saban. So I do understand why they’re grabbing for every straw. I can’t think of another coach at his present level that faced a similar fall. Paterno was a shell of himself, coaching wise and their board had been trying to encourage him to retire. Maybe Woody Hayes, but he wasn’t in his prime iirc. Rick Pitino? I’m sure there are others, but this seems unprecedented in scale.

I've saved pics from last year and done intensive photo analysis to extrapolate weight, body fat %, and several muscle circumference measurements (biceps, quads, and calves). I will compare and contract those photos with ones from today and list gains in an extremely creepy and unnatural post at about 1:30 tomorrow morning after spending hours staring at pics of football players.

The quotes about Kennedy, Johnson, and Carvin are a big reason I’ve been thinking we see Smith at OT this year. We’ve got better options at OG than OT right now. Smith’s upside at OG is higher, IMO, but we’re gonna need him more at OT.

Just change the color of it... it circumvents the copyright... that's what Georgia did for their logo

I am glad I didn’t fly back through Phoenix yesterday from California. I went through going out there but came back through DFW. I was ready to get home.
