His name is James O'Keefe: James O'Keefe - Wikipedia and he is some type of activist. Reading through his wikipedia article I found that he has fabricated some stories before. It will be interesting to see what he has to say, but we need to take it with a grain of salt. He has been to court over some of his videos and he has had to pay settlements before.

"Activist" is a stretch. He fancies himself as some sort of ... well his Twitter bio says guerrilla journalist and muckraker.

But he's an all-around tool who tries to embarrass and delegitimize (almost?) exclusively left-wing causes, often times by editing videos to misconstrue context and topic of conversation. According to his wiki, he's had to pay $100k for the ACORN thing in 2009.

Seriously, the dude's a troll and a screw-up who peddles false reality.
