I'm on mobile so it's real easy. Copy and paste basically. The @ just use @followed by the user name

Gif is copy and paste or use the image icon in the reply box and use the URL option. @ is pretty simple. Just type the symbol, their name, and it will pop up. @#Vol4Life1991
