Special counsel Mueller charges 12 Russian intelligence officers with hacking Democra

That is a giant stretch. Trump Jr was very excited about the prospect of receiving dirt at that meeting. He didn't forget what was discussed or who was there.

Kinda like your giant stretch where the current indictment uses the same day referencing the Russians attack on Hills email server that the president had a speech on and you loons take that to clearly mean he’s directing the attack?

That kind of wild ass giant stetch?

😂😂😂

Opposition research. You act like the Dems didn’t try to dig up dirt on Trump.

Edit: They had sh!t made up. I forgot.

Do you know Don Jr. personally? I'm just curious how you can speak so confidently to his mindset? Or are you stating your opinion as fact?

Yes, because...

On June 3, 2016, an e-mail sent to Donald Trump Jr. by Rob Goldstone (a former business partner of his father's) promised documents that "would incriminate Hillary and her dealings with Russia and would be very useful to your father." Goldstone further added that "This is obviously very high level and sensitive information but is part of Russia and its government's support for Mr. Trump."

Five minutes later, Donald Trump Jr. replied:

"If it's what you say I love it especially later in the summer."

The meeting would happen just 6 days later.

I look at the facts as they are, not the Adam Schiff version of them. If that is what you believe is a legitimate reason to be investigating a sitting President then you certainly don’t have the Constitution in your side because that in no way, shape, or form resembles a high crime or misdemeanor. He didn’t even attend the meeting nor was he involved in its formation

But he did craft a public statement aboard Air Force One which made some false assertions about that meeting including what was actually discussed. No getting around that one.

I always found it strange how if he was not at that meeting and never informed about that meeting why he took the lead in saying what that meeting was about?

Just quoting Lil Don the Con's email to the intermediary who was setting up the meeting. The document speaks for itself.

Opposition dirt digging is part any political research, unless you are some naïve fool.

The Dossier was obtained from foreign source, fact. So u were ok with non factual dirt provided by foreign origin, but not alright with non proven claims that Trump did the same?

Thing is, during the Trump-Putin meeting, maybe Putin does have something to provide Trump to expose corruption.

Here is the kicker....Would Dims support the release of info provided by a foreign entity that was damaging to their own party if it pointed to corruption? Depending on the obtained info, the DNC is screwed and I am not sure if they are not compromised for decades.

Of course he knew about the (Thursday) June 9, 2016 meeting at Trump Tower beforehand. Remember that on (Tuesday) June 7, 2016, Trump clinched the Republican Party nomination, and while giving a speech in New Jersey that night, he promised that there would be more dirt soon to come on Hillary Clinton. He gave this teaser:

"We are going to be discussing all of the things that have taken place with the Clintons." and he then added, "I think you're going to find it very informative and very very interesting." He added that his speech on the Clintons would be the following Monday (June 13). That speech was never made because apparently, the Trump Tower meeting on June 9, was a bust.

However, it's pretty clear that Trump knew of this meeting before it took place and he knew that Trump Jr. had been offered dirt on the Clintons. He has told many lies about this.

Maybe his son told him what it was about and took him at his word? I can tell you this it is a heck of a lot more plausible than believing Trump embarked on a scheme with Russian government to invest in well placed ads on Facebook to take down Hillary Clinton. After doing that, he then orders the Russians (whom he co-leads with Putin) to continue to hack Hillary’s emails and spread them across the internet. That nonsense is right up there with the 9/11 truthers

That sure does sound crazy, alright... Except that per the timeline in the most recent Mueller indictment, the Russians really did respond to Trump's request to find Hillary Clinton's personal e-mails. They were unsuccessful, but apparently, they did try.

That’s a huge leap.
Trump says something on tv so they said “what the hell, we’ll try”.
So if trump doesn’t say anything there’s no attempt at hacking?

Beyond stupid

These crybaby Dims act like candidates never try to get dirt on their opponent. Been going on forever.

That requires some context. Obama meant that there was no way for millions of illegals to vote (as Trump has always claimed) and that there was no way for the actual vote tallies to be altered (and nobody has claimed that they were - although Russia did try).

Obama never said that it was impossible for Russia (or anyone else) to hack into the DNC, hack personal e-mail accounts and then weaponize these stolen e-mails and disseminate them on WikiLeaks.

Remember when President Obama told puttin to “knock it off” and then did nothing else.....except tell people to stand down.

Good times

Remember when Trump said "Are we so innocent?" when told that Putin was responsible for the mass murders of journalists and political opponents?

Even better times.

He ordered a stand down order too. Happened on his watch.

How do u know they were unsuccessful? The DNC has been compromised for a loooong time, whether successful or not.

Is the Ace up the sleeve or just bluster? Something to always keep in mind for the DNC now.

Let’s just say hypothetically that everything you just said is true. What crime did Trump commit? You don’t open an investigation on a sitting President because you believe a crime was committed. You do it because you have an abundance of proof
