Hey Behr, you ever make fried patties out of any fish other than salmon?

Guppy, but I don't recommend, it takes too many, gets expensive and impossible to make them boneless. But they can be very colorful and tasty.

Watched Chef last night, for the second time. I liked it more this time, but it was still just okay-bad.

I was watching him make his kid that grilled cheese sandwich, he put so much love into it, and then the sound of it in surround sound when he took a bite....damn, got me in a grilled sammich mood.

I can't afford to watch shows like that until I get over this "non smoking and eating everything in sight" phase.

Mikey - F no.

Mal - what do you mean? I no comprehendo.

Hickory for smoking of meat, I believe that's what they use most commonly?

Shaggy Bark, Pig Nut, Butternut, and Pecan are the most common in North America.

I was wondering if you knew if restaurants have a preference.

After a quick search and study, my final answer (guess) would be Shellbark

Now why in the f is that not working? I've never had an issue with copying links until last week when I tried to copy a long to a different forum on VN and now this.

Crap like this really pisses me off.

Just guessing, but Id bet you can't tell a difference in any of those 5 or 6 most common ones, as far as the flavor the smoke would give food. Jmo.

I would say you are correct. I bet different regions have different preferences, probably due to availability.

Think I'm gonna shave my head.

Seriously. Been thinking about it for a couple of weeks and just not brave enough to pull the trigger. But its so friggin hot and I keep it short anyway. Girl cuts the top and front really short and uses a number 2 guard on the trimmers on the sides and back.

I'm really wanting a cigarette and I'm about to bust from eating. I got to do something. If I shave it today, it'll need a regular cut by the time we play WV. It goes really fast during the summer.
