1) Of course they look bad. And those two should be fired for being idiots for putting that in writing.
2) Bias by the people working there does not translate into excusing Trump for what he did.
3) The people conducting the investigation of Trump, including in particular Mueller, have not been shown to be biased or to have acted in biased fashion. To the contrary, many Republicans say Mueller is not biased and would be professional throughout.
Have your fun, GOPers. At the end of the day, what matters is what Trump did. You, and he, cannot hide from the truth of that.
One thing I learned today, it was Strzok who investigated and brought down Donald Heathfield and Tracey Foley. They were the deep cover Russian spies nabbed in 2010 that the show "The Americans" was based on. I don't care what he said about Trump in some text messages. They guy has done more for the national security of this country than any of those guys in Congress who were grilling him today.
I was only able to catch bits and pieces of the coverage of it. That looked like quite a circus today. Emotions were getting the better of a lot people and it was hyper-partisan. Definitely not our government at it's best. Who was the guy that asked Strozk "How many times did you look so innocent into your wife's eyes and lie to her?" That was very unprofessional, not to mention completely irrelevant to the point of the hearing.
It was completely out of line in that forum and not pertinent to the stated purpose of the hearing.
Lulz, It happened today in this very hearing.
Pretty sure Gutierrez was one of them.
As I clearly mentioned in a post above, I only watched today's hearing in bits and pieces. So, if it happened today, I'm not privy to it. If a democrat referenced Stormy Daniels it was just as wrong and just as partisan. Now, the post I was responding to, implied that it had happened before today...
